Man findet sich sogar als Frau schnell zurecht, gut sortiert und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Bauhaus store offers a good selection and fair prices, which is definitely a plus. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff generally doesn’t engage with customers and shows little interest in helping. It feels like they’re not willing to assist at all. In particular, the tile and sanitary ware department — especially the section labeled “Information” — gives the impression that they don’t want to sell anything. The staff there seems indifferent and unmotivated, which makes the whole shopping experience frustrating. With better customer service, the store could be truly excellent.

Всё супер, есть всё и всегда!

Magasin gigantesque avec une immense jardinerie.
